Questions, answered
What do credits cost, and what do they buy?
Credits are the single currency for everything. A standard image costs 40 credits, pro images and realism-boost renders cost a little more, videos cost 64–120 credits depending on length, and training a custom model costs 5,360 credits.
Do I own the images and videos I generate?
Yes. Everything you generate on AIFLAMI is yours — full ownership, commercial use included. We never resell or license your outputs to anyone else.
What do I need to train a custom model?
A set of clear reference photos of the same person or style. Upload them in the Models workspace, start training, and the model moves from Draft to Training to Ready — usually well under an hour.
Are my reference photos private?
Yes. Reference uploads and trained models are private to your account. They are used only to run the generations you request and are never shared or used to train anyone else’s model.
What happens if a generation fails?
You are not charged for it. Credits for any output that did not render are returned to your balance automatically — in full when nothing rendered, and proportionally when only part of a batch failed. The refund appears as its own line in your transaction ledger, so you can always check it. If a refund ever looks missing, contact support with the time and prompt and we will reconcile it.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you spend them, and every grant and deduction is recorded in your transaction ledger.
