You own the images and videos you generate, including for commercial use. You are responsible for how you use them and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Credits are prepaid usage units. They never expire, are not redeemable for cash, and every grant and deduction is recorded in your account ledger.
We may suspend accounts that generate illegal content or impersonate real people without their consent.
